A number you should know: 1600. 📞 TRAI has designated the 1600-series for service and transaction calls made by regulated BFSI entities, including entities regulated by RBI, SEBI, IRDAI and PFRDA. TRAI has also clarified that calls originating from the 1600-series cannot be tagged, blocked or filtered under the applicable regulations.
