SMFG India Credit Co. Ltd. - Vasundhara Nagar (Rural Branch)

A Navratri celebration made even more special with an inspiring Sarvottam Masterclass! At SMFG India Credit, the philosophy of SARVOTTAM — Rise to Be the Best reflects our commitment to continuous learning, personal growth and excellence. Championed by our MD & CEO, Ravi Narayanan, this philosophy inspires us to push boundaries, embrace new perspectives and strive to become the best versions of ourselves. Bringing this vision to life, our Sarvottam Masterclass offers employees a unique platform to learn, grow and draw inspiration from extraordinary journeys. With our leadership team actively participating in this shared learning experience, we continue to foster a culture where growth is a collective pursuit. And what better way to make learning more engaging than through an inspiring conversation with someone who embodies resilience, reinvention and the courage to challenge conventions? This Navratri, we welcomed Mandira Bedi for an insightful conversation on the lessons cricket teaches us, the discipline of fitness, and the importance of prioritising self-love. Her journey offered powerful reminders that personal growth begins when we embrace challenges, keep evolving and commit to becoming better than we were yesterday. Because at SMFG India Credit, Pragati is about moving forward, and SARVOTTAM is about rising to be the best. Here’s to a culture of learning, growing and achieving excellence — together! #SarvottamMasterclass #MandiraBedi #PragatiKiNayiPehchaan #SMFGIndiaCredit #Leadership #ContinuousLearning #EmployeeEngagement #Navratri #SarvottamMasterclass #MandiraBedi #PragatiKiNayiPehchaan #SMFGIndiaCredit #Leadership #ContinuousLearning #EmployeeEngagement #Navratri
